Recommend how to maximize Innovation in Buiness Planning

This week, you will complete your own Business Model Canvas. Since the use of this tool is internal to your business, you will not submit this. You will use the Business Model Canvas to help you organize your thoughts to create an operational checklist. Your checklist should include processes, procedures, reporting structure, process improvement opportunities, and to ensure employees have a built-in process for developing and suggesting innovation.

Please keep in mind that this is a checklist. Your checklist must include all nine business model areas. For each of the model areas, include at least two ideas and provide a brief description of how each idea ensures continued innovation for the business and adds value proposition for consumers.

For example, a checklist using the sample market domain and business from Week 2 would look like the following. You may use this as a guide to create your checklist.

1. To ensure innovation with my key partners, my business will take the following action:
   1. Create partnerships with local organic farmers and ranchers (You will provide a few sentences of details with each idea in your checklist).
   2. Create partnerships with business owners of gyms.
   3. Sponsor local growing program with a local nursery.

   1. Work with local college sports organizations.
   2. Build relationships with multiple dieticians.
   3. Deliver meals to gyms.
