Reflections:
These are self-evaluations on your experience and progress resulting from each session. Reflections should be a half-page, typed, 12 point font, double spaced, PDF format, summary of your experience, questions, and successes in your practice of Pilates. All videos are posted on YouTube. Search Karol Ritz, they are all under my public channel. All classes are titled as they are in the options below. Participate with two of the selected Pilates video links. This would be a total of four Reflections equaling 2 pages each week. Date each Reflection. Since we are combining two weeks, your submission will be four pages. Below is the breakdown:
WEEK 3: July 6-12
