You are strongly encouraged to prepare your response ahead of time and then upload or paste it into Canvas. Identify clearly which study question you are attempting to answer in your short essay.
Keep your essay response directly connected with the context of the class and the specific question being asked. Do not state your opinion. Use your own words in your short essay and produce responses that demonstrate your ability to think things through. Quotes, if used at all, should be properly cited and used very sparingly, at most a few words from the assigned text.
Do not go to Wikipedia for your answer. Do not go to any other outside source. You are to derive your answer from your readings. Outside research is not permitted. This applies to all of the writing assignments, discussions, quizzes, and examinations this semester. (Due: 8PM. Late posts will not be accepted.)
