In the topic of Substance abuse and mental health you must create a PowerPoint presentation. The PowerPoint presentation will represent the presentation you would give to your selected nonprofit organization’s BOARD OF DIRECTORS to recommend a strategic systems change that the organization should either lead or be part of to improve service delivery to the organizations constituents. The presentation should be 15-25 slides and the slides should convey the following: a persuasive argument for the need and a discussion of the goals of the effort, a discussion of the 4-step change process and how it would be implemented to solve this problem, and lastly what the projected outcomes could look like.
The project document is simply the written out version of the presentation, but this document is directed to STAKEHOLDERS of the organization as well as partners who would be asked to participate in the process. It should discuss clearly and concisely why the proposed change would benefit the targeted issue and the constituencies it affects. As a reminder, the final project document should be done in Microsoft Word and follow the usual conventions (i.e. APA 6 style, Times New Roman, 12 pt. font, double-spaced) and should be between 4-6 pages.
