Assessment 2: Interview description and analysis, 2000 words (20 percent) The purpose of this assessment activity is to provide students with experience preparing for, recording, and analysing an interview. Students are required to undertake the interview exercise in pairs during class session (or outside of class if that is more suitable). Students will individually prepare a list of themes/questions around a topic and record a short interview. Students will provide their own recording device. Students will also develop Consent Forms in line with AUTEC Ethics requirement and administer this to the interviewee. Following the interview, students will write a descriptive and reflective analysis of the process and content of the interview. The reflective analysis should include students’ experience both as the interviewer and as the interviewee. Students will be assessed on the following criteria: 1.Presenting a well-written and well-structured critical reflection. 2.Incorporating a wide range of academic literature to support their critical reflection. 3.An in-depth analysis of what students learnt from the exercise. 4.Students are required to provide a full list of references used for preparing the interview questions and the critical reflection. This assessment needs to be prepared as subjective not objective r business bases. This interview reflection need to have personal research things not business ones.
