When rating the team paper you are analyzing, please use the following rating scale: 5=Well written, insightful, captures most of the important points in the “Reflections About Maria” and used literature to support points made. 4=Well written, overall a good analysis, appropriate documentation of supportive literature and discussions 3=Needs a good edit. Does not appear to be an optimal effort on the part of the team. 2=Not a graduate level submission. Lacks scholarship and use of course literature and discussions. Unsound interpretation of the leadership situation in the case 1=Needs a lot of work, conceptually unsound and poorly written 0= No submission. Grade the paper assigned to your team and write an explanation to help the team understand the reasons for your rating.
