This is a program admission essay in an advance program in the school of business at Stanford called LEAD.
Here are the requirement from Stanford “Describe an area of your organization where you would like to make an impact, either inside or outside your current functional role. Please upload one PDF or Microsoft Word file. Try to limit your response to 500 words or less.”
