Letter of Support to NWT’s Request for Funding

BMO Financial Group,

The Manager,

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing this letter to express my support forNWT’s request for funding towards its various activities. I believe in the non-profit entity’s objective of reducing the high illiteracy rates in the region. However, the entity is facing numerous challenges such as inadequate resources (inadequate personnel and learning materials).Accordingly, the proposed funding will enable NWT to address its varied challenges through various partnerships with community-based organizations and learning centers.

I work with one of the local learning centers, and I perfectly understand the critical role that NWT is playing towards reducing illiteracy rates in our community. Therefore, through increased funding, the organization will employ more personnel to execute its activities and acquire more learning materials. Notably, collaborating community-based organizations and learning centers like ours will benefit greatly from the proposed funding. The funding will also cater to the employees’ remuneration and other important support programs.

Our learning center is responsible for providing exciting learning experiences to improve the literacy levels of different individuals. In our partnership with the NWT, we rely on their language materials, instructional tools, and materials to conduct our activities. Our well-designed learning centers will participate fully in promoting and supporting literacy and critical skills offered by the NWT.

Overall, I believe that the Northwest Territories Literacy Council’s request for funding is sensible. Consequently, your organization should remain confident in the organization’s ability to utilize the funds well in executing its various mandates. Together with our learning center, NWT will contribute towards enhancing the literacy levels in the region. I hope your organization will issue optimistic and thoughtful responses towards the attached grant proposal.

Sincerely,

The Coordinator,

Community-based Learning Center
