The prescribed progression for the capstone project is:

Who would it serve?
How will healthcare or an identified population benefit from this initiative?Environmental and Organizational Assessment:
The paper should address the following questions:
In which specific organization, market segment, or population would the proposed product, facility, entity or service be needed?
Are there risks, roadblocks, or regulatory issues? What statutes support or hinder this effort?
What factors would work for or against the proposed product, facility, entity or service. Is there a competing product, facility, entity or service?
Is government approval required? At what level?
What groups would support or oppose the initiative?
Proposed Product, facility, entity, or service
Describe, in detail, the proposed product, facility, entity or service.
What would it do? For whom? Who would own it?
Would there be implementation challenges? Market Analysis and Plan (due at the end of Week 7).
To whom would it appeal? Who are the stakeholders, both for and against?
How would the product, facility, entity or service be promoted?
What hurdles might interfere with its success? Resources (due at the end of Week 8).
What if the fiscal level of effort? Is there an infrastructure support requirement (i.e. is this a capital project)?
Who would pay for the product, facility, entity or service? How? Will this require Human Resources actions?
What other changes will would this effort bring to the organization?
A final version of the consolidated project is to be submitted by one student on behalf of the team by the end of Week 10.
