With Cultural history, and revisionists history on the rise over the last decade, it is important to look at
historiography. I am writing about the historiography of the Holocaust. Cultural historians have become
what are called “Holocaust deniers.” Revisionist historians have revised the facts of the Holocaust to fit
certain narratives. My goal in this paper is to clearly show the differences between these two
historiography’s and factual based or “traditional” historiography. All three of these historiography’s are
conflicting and differing points of view of the Holocaust.
