Identify an organizational behavior Topic and Interest

As final evidence of the integrated learning accomplished from the textbook, lectures, readings, discussions, and live chat sessions, the students will prepare a signature project.
Students will select one Organizational Behavior topics of interest from among those covered in any module of the course. The final project will display:
– A discussion of the topic
– A discussion of how the topic is shown in an organization of your selection (preferably your current employment)
– Recommendations to improve the way the organizational members behave in the topic area that will contribute to increased productivity in the organization
– The benefit that the change of these behaviors in the organization will have to the members and the organization

The signature paper will develop and display your creative and critical thinking, your comprehension of field-specific knowledge and information, your ability to evaluate theories and studies, your written communication of concepts, and your information literacy, through use of both print and electronic library databases.

The paper will range between 8 and 10 pages typewritten, double-spaced, excluding bibliography. A minimum of 7 sources must be cited. Apart from your textbook, these can be interviews, other texts, or articles for popular journals. A sample list of appropriate journals and publications includes the following: Academy of Management Journal, Academy of Management Review, American Journal of Psychology, ASTD Training and Development, Advanced Management Journal, Harvard Business Review, HR Magazine, Human Resource Management, Journal of Applied Behavioral Sciences, Journal of Management, Journal of Management Studies, Journal of Organizational Behavior Management, Journal of Organizational Behavior, MIT Sloan Management Review, as well as The Economist, and The Wall Street Journal.
