Instructions for Week 5 Assignment
Intercultural Film Analysis: Begin by selecting a film which features intercultural communication as part of the storyline. The final presentation (no exam) will consist of a 6-10 slide PowerPoint (or equivalent) presentation briefly summarizing the intercultural aspects of the film and your critical analysis. These presentations will be due and on display during finals week. All films used must be cleared through the instructor.
NOTE: Basic inclusion/citation of course materials in this presentation is required in order to earn full credit.
This week your discussion assignment will be to post a paragraph covering:
- The name of the film you want to use
- What the film is about
- What makes it appropriate for this assignment
- Why you chose this film
Either way, if I am convinced by your film choice and argument or not, I will reply to let you know.
