Read case study 5.1 in your textbook titled “Making Decisions Using Machine Learning at Lufthansa?”. This case can be found on pages 121 and 122 in the textbook. 

Answer all case questions with specific theories and concepts found in chapter 5. Define all course-related terms (with the textbook as your source).

Address all learning objectives in your response.
