The role and art of reflection has been shown to be a critical leadership skill that enhances ones ability to
make ethical decisions by directly relating abstract ideas to personal values on a regular basis. 
These mini-reflection statements should not be a summary of the content covered during class, but
rather they should be a short statement of what you learned, your key insights from the session and in
particular what this might mean to you and your aspirations as a person/leader. The goal is to increase
