You have been hired as the new manager for the Respiratory Department. The Quality Improvement Committee requires each department to select two quality indicators that influence the quality of care in their department.
Select 2 quality indicators that will be monitored in the Respiratory Department.
Once you have selected the indicators, explain why you selected the indicators, what will be monitored, and how it will be monitored.
