Identify one specific practice that your university that you work should adopt. For example, you may believe the establishment of an ethics officer position would be beneficial. You should explain the who, what, how, when, where, and why of doing so in the proposal. You are to create a presentation that includes both A and B outlined below:
Part A: Your assessment of the ethical issue through one of the ethical decision-making models ( Please use Markkula Ethical decision making model)
Part B: A detailed proposal that includes:
- What is the ethical issue? What are the implications?

How does this connect with professional association values/ethics and/or institutional values/ethics?

Who are the stakeholders?

Describe your proposed action and how it will resolve this ethical issue.

You will submit TWO attachments:

A power point presentation. Your presentation should thoroughly include both A and B outlined above.

Appropriate Supplemental material at a minimum, this should include a one-page outline of your proposal.
Remember, you are proposing this to your organizations leadership. Your materials should be flawless, supported by research, professional, and visually appealing.
***Aside form preparing the powerpoint presentation, you will need to write script for each slide to for the presenter to read.
