For this assignment, you are required to develop a comprehensive plan to implement a change initiative within an organization. While developing this plan, select one item from the SWOT analysis that you presented to your board of directors that aligns with the organizational business goals.
You should then provide a detailed plan (see Week 6 and the diagram you prepared) on how you would implement the change. Remember, your plan should include multiple steps and address the issues you explored in each module while providing information on how, what, and why the change initiative was chosen, the effects of personality on motivation and acceptance of the change initiative. Also, consideration should be given to alternatives if the plan does not work. (Hint: Most change initiatives fail, and very little thought is given to the aftereffects of a failed change initiative.)

References: Include a minimum of 10 scholarly resources.
The completed assignment should address all of the assignment requirements, exhibit evidence of concept knowledge, and demonstrate thoughtful consideration of the content presented in the course.
