1. Throughout the semester, students are required to complete various leadership assessments. Students will submit a final self-assessment paper where they (1) assess, compare, and contrast their leadership skills at the start of the course (identified in Week 1) with their leadership skills at the end of the course; (2) create an Action Plan for further developing leadership skills and behaviors; and (3) develop plans/strategies for enhancing their ability to identify aspects or situations that require different styles of leadership. 

    The paper should be between 5-8 pages, including a cover and reference pages.
