This final case study will be a little different from the previous three that you’ve done so far. This case study will be about YOU! Please answer the following questions and reflect on your experience in this class.
1) Think about where you work or volunteer at. What is the ethical culture there? Describe management/leaders, employees/volunteers, and other stakeholders involved. Do you feel that the culture and social responsibility for your place of employment or volunteer spot is on a community or global level? What could they do differently to enhance social responsibility.
2) Take the ‘Quick CQ Self-Assessment Tool’ on page 405. Interpret your responses to identify your cultural intelligence (CQ) and explore your comfort level with CQ.
3) Reflect back on the strategies and concepts that you’ve learned in this course. What do you feel made the most impact in your life or brought you more awareness from this course?
4) And finally, what are some suggestions that you would have for improving this course? I greatly appreciate any and all feedback and this question will not have any negative impact on your score for this assignment.
