Project: The project is meant to be a creative exercise to get you to think about the use of data in the supply chain operations and performance. The project is the FINAL and will be the last deliverable for the course.
Students are to come up with their own idea/innovation and create a business you identified/designed in class or any other system that solves an existing problem in the industry. Your program should be able to use….

a. Typically reports are generated but what about dashboards? How might data visualizations better communicate complex data to middle and senior management?
The project requires an executive summary and the supporting information can be in technical appendices that are, organized and labeled, but this need not be written out in report form. References need not be in APA formal. Projects may use video and multimedia. They may be hosted on websites or blogs. The project requires a presentation highlighting the key points of your project.
The final project will be graded on completeness, creativity, strategic/functional design, accuracy, and professional appeal. So basically good ideas! When creating the Supply Chain Operations & Performance Financial Analysis consider the return on investment, profit, costs, customers, data, and the industry. Most important is a good idea and professionalism.
