Group work can be exciting, challenging and ego-enhancing and the key to organizational success and productivity. It can also be challenging in an extremely frustrating way if the right mix and combination of players are not aligned in many aspects of the teaming process. One variable that is common to all successful groups is effective communication, which proves to be the most difficult factor to control in a work team.
