Draft:
An obstacle I have overcome is procrastinating. Procrastination is the delaying or postponing of doing things. I used to procrastinate projects and assignments to the last few days before the due date because I wanted to relax more. It impacted me because I made myself stressed and stay up late to finish the assignments. As a result, I sometimes would not be able to get enough sleep. I have learned that procrastinating prevent me from finish what I need to do with good quality. Pacing myself over the days between the assigned day and due date, I wouldn’t have the lingering thought of the assignment. I became more tired in the mornings and I realized I had to do something about it. I decided to start a small part of assignments the day assigned and pace myself. Consequently, I was able to go to bed earlier and was less tired. Pacing myself helped me to be less stressed.
