Please include the following four (4) systems in your video: Mental Status, Cardiovascular, Respiratory, and Abdomen (GI/Renal). You may use props to help you remember essential elements for each system. You may also find it helpful to write and use a “script”.
In addition to the video, you are required to submit a one page Essay / Narrative on how you approached, completed, and reflected on this assignment. You may use either the 5 Ws (Who, What, Where, When, (How) and Why) or the SBAR format to structure your narrative.
