Complete the Clark Workplace Civility Index Assessment prior to posting to the discussion by

  • finding a quiet place void of distractions;
  • dedicating sufficient time to the task;
  • carefully consider the behaviors listed below; and
  • responding truthfully and candidly regarding each behavior.
