Title and Purpose

One very crucial component of the outline for research paper is the methodology used. Who were the people you interviewed to obtain the data for your research? All this too should be mentioned in the research paper.
Analysis and Discussion
So you asked a bunch of questions to a bunch of people. What do you make of the data you received? What answers did you get from the people you interviewed? What did you learn? This section of the research paper analyzes the data you received and you are supposed to place the facts before the reader after the required data analysis.
Conclusions and Recommendations
The conclusions section is perhaps the most important section of the research as this is the consummation of the entire research process, the fact finding, the data collection and analysis. Moreover, this is what the reader wants to know about anyway. The conclusions section also provides for changes or recommendations which can be implemented so that the problems mentioned in the research can be corrected.
References
The last section of the research gives the references about where you got your data from. All your sources of data need to be mentioned in this section.
