Describe and Explain Your Final Four Discussions and Social Psychological Theories

I don’t have an idea about what kind of theories you prefer, like intelligence, personality etc.

I like Skinner’s Operant conditioning, then Pavlov’s Classical conditioning, Freud’s Psyco Sexual development and Erickson’s Psyco Social development theory. Conditioning theories are learning theories and the later are personality theories. As you already know these theories, you ming not need an explanation.

In the business world, we can apply conditioning theories very well. It is about eliciting a response by presenting a stimulus or shaping an emitting response according to our needs. We use these strategies to control the behaviour in the business world. I prefer these personality theories because they give a very important idea regarding the development of a person. Freud focused on libido, which he considered as sex urge and its effect on our personality development. Erickson concentrated on the importance of an environment to fulfil our psychological needs. In the personal world, we need both their knowledge to avoid fixations.
